Walk of the Virtues is a fifty-two week path through the virtues: one virtue, one saint, and one prayer for each week of the year. From Humility on the first Monday to the Love of the Cross in the final week, the path follows the slow, deliberate rhythm of Catholic formation, gathered into eight movements: Foundation, the Theological Virtues, the Cardinal Virtues, the Virtues of the Heart, the Interior Life, Relationship, Spiritual Maturity, and the Summit.

Each week opens with the Scripture that frames it and the saint who taught the virtue best. It offers a reflection drawn from the Catechism and the writings of the saints; the saint's own life, so that you walk with a real person and not a stained-glass figure; a prayer to pray each day; a question to carry in silence; three aspirations to live; seven small daily devotions to mark as you keep them; and room to write what the Lord has stirred in you.

It is not a curriculum. It is a way of life, the same rhythm the Church herself lives by, season after season, returning always to the same mysteries and finding them deeper than before. Begin on any Monday. Let the calendar serve the soul.
