Shipping policy

Every Sanctified Souls piece is made to order by our trusted print partners in the United States, then shipped directly to you.

Processing time. Because items are produced just for you, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping time. Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship. We ship within the United States and to most international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country.

Delays, lost, or damaged packages. If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, please email hadley@sanctifiedsouls.net with your order number and we'll resolve it quickly — replacement or refund as needed.
