The youngest, named for the greatest of the three. St. Charity, littlest daughter of St. Sophia, followed her sisters Faith and Hope in martyrdom — and the Church has never forgotten the order of it: faith first, hope holding, and love last and greatest, as St. Paul promised. Their mother buried all three and joined them within days, her heart finished with its work.
